Customer Service Representative

• You get genuine energy from customer contact and enjoy helping people.

• You are communicationally rock-solid. You switch easily: one moment you are talking to an artisanal baker, the next to a tech entrepreneur.

• You work in a structured manner. Your administration is simply always on point.

• You have mastered the Dutch language to perfection, both in speech and in writing.

• You bring at least 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented role.

• A salary between € 3,000 and € 3,300 gross per month (based on 40 hours).

• 6% pension via ASR Doen Pensioen

• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.

• Travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer (also if you cycle).

• € 40 Alleo budget per month for things like TrainMore, Uber, or a day out.
