French-speaking Customer Service Representative (24 - 40 hours)

• French is your mother tongue; additionally, you speak Dutch at a minimum B1 level.

On a daily basis, you will answer their questions, advise them, and help them find the best solution. And don't worry: there is no need to know all our machines by heart! You can count on your colleagues and our technical team to help you and share their experience.

As a French-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will become part of our Customer Service team. Via our ticketing system, you will answer questions from our customers via email. This can vary from sending track & trace codes to copies of invoices and everything in between. Because you also have excellent oral command of the French language, we can take the next step in our service and further expand telephone traffic in French. You will ensure that every customer is helped quickly and well, making our customer satisfaction even higher.

Working in customer service at HBM means customer service with a tough bite. You will start in the administrative (French-speaking) branch, but there is room to develop towards the technical branch within our department. Here, among other things, you will take responsibility for warranty and repair issues and handle a part of (after) sales. You will receive support from the technicians in the department. They will provide you with the technical info, and you will provide them with the French translation.
