What we're looking for

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in performing air emission measurements.

In addition, you possess:

• In-depth knowledge of relevant emission standards and measurement methodologies
• Demonstrable experience in drawing up measurement plans
• Experience with technical ultimate responsibility within projects
• Strong analytical skills and insight into complex measurement issues
• Experience in client contact at a technical level
• Driver's license B
• VCA certificate

Within our Industries & Environment business line, we perform complex air emission measurements for industrial clients throughout the Netherlands. We work in accordance with applicable national and international standards and support companies in demonstrably complying with laws and regulations. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Measurement Technician who provides technical direction and ensures quality within projects.

What you'll do

As a Senior Measurement Technician, you hold ultimate technical responsibility for the execution and assessment of emission measurements. You translate new or complex situations into appropriate measurement strategies and independently draw up measurement plans.

• Drawing up and assessing measurement plans in complex or new situations
• Translating laws and regulations into practical measurement strategies
• Performing final technical checks on reports from colleagues
• Monitoring quality and consistency within projects
• Acting as the technical point of contact for clients
• Advising customers on measurement approaches and the interpretation of results
• Guiding and coaching Medior and Junior Measurement Technicians
• Identifying commercial opportunities and contributing to securing new assignments

You operate at various industrial locations, including refineries, chemical plants, power plants, and manufacturing companies. You maintain an overview, monitor quality, and act as a technical authority within the team.
