As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will become part of our team in Customer Service. Via our ticketing system, you will answer questions from our customers via email. This can vary from sending track & trace codes to copies of invoices and everything in between. Because you also possess excellent oral command of the German language, we can take the next step in our service and further expand our telephone traffic in German. You will ensure that every customer is helped quickly and well, making our customer satisfaction even higher.
Working in customer service at HBM means customer service with a tough bite. You will start in the administrative (German-speaking) branch, but there is room to develop towards the technical branch within our department. Here, among other things, you will take responsibility for warranty and repair issues and handle a portion of (after) sales. You will receive support from the technicians in the department. They will provide you with the technical info, and you will provide them with the German translation.
