Customer Service Representative

• You have at least an MBO work and thinking level.
• You are available for at least 24 hours per week and willing to work irregular hours (morning, evening, and night shifts)
• You possess a B driver's license and a private car; the location cannot be reached by public transport.
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
• You are customer-oriented, eager to learn, and have a great sense of responsibility.
• MS Office holds no secrets from you.

• A gross hourly wage of €15.94 gross per hour excl. allowances.

The Customer Service department is part of the Securitas Operations Center (SOC) in Geldrop.

You will be working in a friendly and engaged team within the Securitas Contact Center in Geldrop. Together with your colleagues, you help customers from more than 300 companies and answer a wide variety of questions daily. Approximately 700 calls come in every day. No two days are the same: from a broken boiler to a non-working barrier or a customer who has locked themselves out.

With the help of clear call scripts, you know exactly what to do and you act quickly in unexpected situations. You work in a 24/7 environment, but thanks to a spacious, pre-announced schedule, your work-life balance is well-regulated.
