As a Claims Handler Cable & Infra, you investigate what went wrong in cable damage incidents, assess liability, and ensure all parties involved know where they stand. You work with digital files, have a lot of contact with various parties, and maintain an overview from start to finish.

The team currently consists of 31 colleagues who deal with diverse activities such as collection, legal assessment, and claims handling. Together they form a close-knit and committed team dedicated to the successful handling of cable damage. Annually, we handle over 20,000 claims involving network cables.

To expand our Cable & Infra team, we are looking for a new colleague. In this role, you will handle claim files on behalf of our clients (such as grid operators) and ensure correct and careful processing.

Concretely, this means you:

• Have telephone and email contact with involved parties (causers, clients, and repair companies);

• Collect information regarding cable damage and check it for completeness and accuracy;

• Assess who is liable for the damage;

• Inform involved parties about the progress;

• Ensure correct administrative and financial settlement of files.

You guide the file from A to Z and are the primary point of contact.
