At our head office in Waalwijk, we are looking for a driven Claims Handler. In this role, you are responsible for assessing and handling claim files within the insurance industry.

You ensure that everything runs smoothly: from analyzing claim reports. You act as a specialist and advisor, carefully weighing customer interests against business risks based on legal regulations.

In short: a versatile position with a lot of responsibility and room to make your mark on our processes and customer experience.

Of course, you won't be doing it alone. You can always brainstorm with colleagues within the Van Mossel Group and benefit from the knowledge and experience of one of the largest automotive players in the Benelux.

You have experience in claims handling, preferably within an insurer, expertise bureau, or managing general agency. Even if you do not yet have all the knowledge in house, but are eager to learn and want to obtain Wft certification, we will teach you the rest.

You are analytically strong, communicatively skilled, and solution-oriented. You can work independently, have an eye for detail, and derive energy from advising and guiding colleagues and customers.
