Infrastructure Specialist (3rd Line)

In this third-line role, you will dive deep into technology and be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of our infrastructure. Think of servers, networks, and Microsoft cloud environments such as Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and AVD. You do not perform standard changes, but are the specialist who prepares, assesses, and executes complex changes.

With your sharp insight and structured approach, you resolve incidents down to the root cause and work on structural improvements. You safeguard documentation, scripts, and technical standards, and work closely with internal teams and vendors to guarantee stability and continuity.

• A higher professional education (HBO) in IT, System Engineering, or similar, or an equivalent level through experience.

• At least five years of experience in infrastructure or technical management.

• In-depth knowledge of Azure, Entra ID, Intune, AVD, Windows Server, and Defender.

• Experience with scripting, such as PowerShell and Bash, and an affinity for automation.

• Skill in drafting plans of approach and risk assessments for technical changes.

• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and experience with ITSM tools such as Topdesk.

• Relevant certifications, such as MSCA and Microsoft Azure.

• A proactive, analytical, and result-oriented working attitude.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
