Role responsibilities:
In this role, you will perform complex financial tasks and be responsible for cost control within projects. You will prepare SSK estimates for investment and maintenance costs, from sketch design through to the tender phase. You will also advise clients with, among other things, benchmarks, second opinions, and LCC calculations. During execution, you will manage financial deviations and coordinate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with a sense for people, finance, and technology. You have a completed HBO or WO degree in a technical, financial-economic, or management field and are enthusiastic about further developing yourself within the world of Cost and Commercial Management.
