• Gross monthly salary between € 4,800 and € 7,000 depending on your work experience, variable performance bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed home-working allowance per worked day.

At KPMG Netherlands, we are building a future-proof IT landscape that helps our business innovate faster, grow securely, and collaborate effectively. Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Manager Cloud & IT Infrastructure to provide direction to our cloud and infrastructure strategy. 

You will help develop high-quality services for our internal and external clients. Within an agile IT organization, you will work closely with a dedicated and enthusiastic team. You will lead a team of 12 specialists and be responsible for the technical vision and roadmap of the infrastructure domain. Additionally, you will be a sparring partner for IT Operations, Security, architects, and business stakeholders, helping to determine which technological choices will make KPMG successful now and in the future. 

You combine strategic insight with strong technical expertise and guide infrastructure teams through complex issues regarding cloud, identity, networking, and platform services. 

• You develop, monitor, and communicate the vision and roadmap for KPMG’s infrastructure platforms, including the further development of the Azure cloud environment for KPMG and its clients. 

• You translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and future-proof infrastructure solutions and guide cloud transformations and modernization projects. 

• You prioritize technical initiatives, manage the team's backlog, and drive security, continuity, and compliance within the infrastructure domain. 

• You are a technical sparring partner for specialists, management, and development teams within KPMG and translate strategy into execution. 

• You lead 12 cloud and infrastructure specialists and create an environment in which collaboration, development, and results are central. 

You maintain strong relationships with suppliers and international KPMG infrastructure teams and represent KPMG Netherlands in international consultations.
