What we're looking for
At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or consultant
HBO or WO working and thinking level
Experience with process analysis and BPM tools
Good communication skills, in Dutch and English
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
Proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset

The role
You don't just analyze processes, you improve them. Together with 30+ professionals within our Hyperautomation department - and with your 3 direct Business Process colleagues - you bring structure, insight, and innovation. At clients such as Payter, Stedin, and the municipality of Rotterdam, you provide direction to automation that truly matters.
What you'll do
Analyzing business processes and spotting opportunities for improvement
Translating business issues into technical requirements
Facilitating workshops and client interviews
Collaborating with developers, consultants, and stakeholders
Testing and validating concepts and solutions
Supporting the implementation of hyperautomation solutions
