As a Business Analyst, you provide direction to changes that matter. You analyze complex issues, translate needs into clear requirements, and ensure that solutions actually add value. In doing so, you focus on IT systems and functionalities that strengthen our services to SME and large corporate clients. You work closely with stakeholders, map out processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. You also maintain the balance between interests and always test choices against reliable data. With your sharp eye and strong communication skills, you ensure that everyone is on the same page.

• A gross monthly salary of € 3,247 - up to € 4,639 based on a 40-hour work week, excluding 8% holiday allowance.

• An individual choice budget of 8.33% of your gross annual salary, which you can use to make your own choices about your terms of employment. For example, you can have this amount paid out or use it to buy extra days off. You can also donate (part of) the amount to a good cause through our partnership with The Social Handshake.

• A performance-related bonus of up to two gross monthly salaries per year.

• 26 vacation days if you work full-time and 8 hours per year to dedicate to volunteer work of your choice.

You are analytical, independent, and know how to convert complex issues into clear solutions. You see what is needed, take initiative, and effortlessly find the right conversation partners. You approach challenges flexibly and creatively, always keeping an eye on quality. Collaboration is in your DNA, which means you switch easily between business and IT and ensure that changes land well within the organization.

Additionally, you have:

• HBO+ working and thinking level with at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with demonstrable experience in translating business issues into IT solutions.

• Experience with process analysis and requirements management, including working with data and collaborating with BI and IT teams.

• Strong in stakeholder management and facilitating workshops within a Lean context.
