Business Analyst Insurance & Pensions

• At least a completed HBO or WO degree, for example in Business Administration, Business Information Management, Information Science, or Business Economics
• At least 3 years of experience within the insurance or pension sector as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Information Analyst, Functional Designer, or similar role
• Experience with analyzing processes, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into solutions. Knowledge of platforms such as Keylane, Axon, or similar systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English

The insurance and pension market is changing rapidly. New laws and regulations such as the Future Pensions Act (Wet toekomst pensioenen), changing customer expectations, and innovations in the fields of digitalization and AI demand organizations that continuously adapt. As a Business Analyst Insurance & Pensions, you will help our clients make their processes, systems, and services future-proof.

In this role, you will work on:

• Analyzing and optimizing business processes within insurance and pension organizations
• Translating business issues into clear requirements, functional designs, and future-proof solutions
• Guiding change processes, implementations, and transformation programs regarding digitalization and laws and regulations
• Advising clients on process improvement, customer service, AI applications, and innovative technologies
• Connecting business, operations, and IT to achieve sustainable results
• Working on impactful projects at leading insurers and pension providers, for example, regarding the implementation of the Future Pensions Act, platform modernization, or digital customer journeys.
