Teamlead Maintenance Packaging & Logistics

As Teamlead Maintenance Packaging & Logistics, you are responsible for the maintenance of installations and the machine park in the packaging and logistics departments at our production site in Schoonrewoerd. In this role, you lead a team of 7 employees, including Breakdown and Day Shift Mechanics, a Planning Engineer, and a Maintenance Expert. You and your team are responsible for the execution of the planned maintenance program, corrective maintenance on the machines and process installations, and supporting (CAPEX) projects within the department. The principle of 'Good Maintenance Practices' is your guiding light. You focus on maintenance costs, hold safety and quality in high regard, and actively manage towards them. You identify opportunities to improve the technical availability of the machine park and reduce maintenance costs.

To be eligible for this position, you meet the following requirements:

• A technical MBO/ MBO+ or HBO level of working and thinking;

• Demonstrable broad technical experience, preferably in the food or process industry. Leadership experience is a plus, but we also cordially invite candidates who have the ambition and potential to grow into or towards a leadership role to apply;

• You have a practical leadership style, can manage based on content, and know how to motivate and inspire people;

• A strongly developed safety and quality awareness;

• Experience with continuous improvement (TPM/RCM/WCOM);

• Knowledge of SAP PM / Ultimo or similar;

• Good communication skills (Dutch and English languages)

• You are result-oriented, decisive, proactive/entrepreneurial, and stress-resistant;

• Analytical thinking skills coupled with a pragmatic attitude;

• You know how to maintain an overview, even in non-standard situations;

• You have a proactive attitude and are customer-oriented.
