At Royal Lactalis Leerdammer, we love being good at something, but we find it even more fun to look at how it can become increasingly efficient, safer, higher quality, or more sustainable. As an Allround Laboratory Technician, you are responsible for performing various chemical, physical, and microbiological analyses. Central to your role is performing analyses on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products. Additionally, you monitor the hygiene of the production environment by taking samples and you monitor the quality parameters of our wastewater treatment.

You coordinate the results with internal customers and you regularly visit various departments, such as milk reception, cheese production, and the cutting and packaging department, to take samples or to perform a calibration.
As a laboratory employee, you contribute directly to the integration process of the Royal Lactalis standards within the Leerdammer lab organization, where the goal is to work closely to the ISO 17025 guideline.
