- A completed VAPRO-B education or demonstrably equivalent level, or the willingness to pursue this. Affinity with technical maintenance

As a Food & Feed Packaging Operator, you will work within the Logistics department in Gasselternijveen. This department is responsible for the packaging, storage, and shipment of feed protein. The receipt, storage, dispatch, and management of silos and incoming goods also fall under this department.
Within the packaging department, you are primarily responsible for operating the 25 kg packaging line (Rotopacker) and the big bag installation. Additionally, you are available as a reserve for Food and Feed bulk loading.
You will work in a 3-shift roster (2 mornings, 2 afternoons, and 2 days off). Depending on market demand, a 5-shift roster will be worked for a number of months during the year. In this position, you report to the Packaging Team Leader.
With your commitment, you ensure a safe, stable, and high-quality packaging operation. Your activities include, among others:
In addition, you create work instructions, handle administrative tasks in SAP, determine the daily requirement for packaging materials, and order them. You also take samples of packaged products, check the sieves, and participate in improvement processes (WCOM).
