Logistic Process Specialist (Operational Excellence)

Additionally:

• You have HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level
• You are interested in logistics, supply chain, operations, or process improvement
• You preferably have 2 to 5 years of work experience within logistics, production, or an operational environment
• You can communicate well in Dutch and English
• You enjoy guiding projects and improvements
• You are comfortable in a dynamic environment where not everything is fixed in advance

You move between Operations, Customer Service, IT, Account Management, and our customers. As a result, you gain a unique view of the complete logistical process. One day you are walking the floor to discover points for improvement, the next day you are working out a solution with a project team or presenting a proposal to a customer.

You help ensure that processes are not only well-conceived, but also successfully land in daily practice.

Think of:

• Discovering improvement opportunities within logistical processes
• Developing and realizing smart process improvements
• Supporting the implementation of new customers and new services
• Guiding changes within warehouse and WMS processes
• Translating operational data into concrete actions
• Developing process flows, work instructions, and business cases
• Collaborating with customers to solve logistical challenges
• Driving projects and monitoring progress and results

No two weeks are the same. For example, you could be involved in:

• The onboarding of new (inter)national customers
• Redesigning a warehouse layout
• Automation and digitalization projects
• Innovation trajectories
• Improvements focused on quality, service, and productivity
• Optimizations within existing operations
• Standardization in a customer-spanning process
