The Packing department focuses on the packaging of our Leerdammer cheese. As Shiftleader Packing, you will lead a team of approximately 20 employees within a 4-shift rotation. In this role, you are responsible for a high-quality and efficient production process, where working safely is a top priority. You help develop your team toward the level of 'the Operators of tomorrow' and you take care of coaching and guiding your team members. Together with your fellow Shiftleaders, you have the ambition and drive to bring our Leerdammer brand to world-class status, partly through our continuous improvement program. You will participate in various project groups.

You report to the Packing Manager.

To be eligible for this position, you possess the following:

• You have a demonstrable MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking.

• You have several years of relevant work experience within a production environment, preferably involving packaging activities.

• You have leadership skills and experience.

• You have a passion for continuous improvement and are willing to take a leading role in this.

• You have good knowledge of safety, quality, and hygiene within an industrial environment.

• You have an independent attitude but also know how to position yourself as a team player.

• You are decisive and proactive, possess strong communication skills, and are capable of guiding and coaching employees.

• You work at a production location with a diversity of people.
