Teamlead Logistics Administration

• At least a completed MBO 4 or HBO education, preferably in logistics or administration.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within logistics administration or supply chain.
• Demonstrable experience with process optimization.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP or Exact) and strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communicative skills.
• Coaching ability, decisiveness, and change management skills.

Therefore, for our location in Maarheeze, we are looking for a decisive and coaching Teamlead Logistics Administration.

As Teamlead Logistics Administration, you are responsible for managing, developing, and coaching a team of approximately 8 colleagues. Your duties include:

• Leading the team and promoting collaboration and development.
• Being responsible for the correct and timely execution of administrative logistics processes (such as order processing, transport planning, inventory administration, and invoicing).
• Initiating and guiding process improvement projects, including digitalization and lean initiatives.
• Acting as a link between logistics, customer service, sales, IT, and other internal departments.
• Assisting in daily operations if necessary.
• Reporting on performance, KPIs, and improvement trajectories to management.
• Ensuring the transfer and safeguarding of knowledge and processes.
• Available to act as a backup for the Warehouse Team Leader during absences.
