As a Logistics Engineer at Rhenus Warehousing Solutions, you will get to work on analyzing complex logistical processes, identifying bottlenecks, and designing smart, efficient solutions. You will work on solutions for our customer in the high-tech medical industry at our locations in Son en Breugel, Oirschot, and Best. You will be challenged not only to innovate processes, but also to work project-based and successfully implement these changes. Additionally, you enjoy collaborating with the customer on projects to analyze, improve, and implement processes. You get energy from working with various stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and managing projects. This requires flexibility, the ability to switch gears quickly at different levels, and an innovative approach to meet both customer and business needs.

You derive energy from the possibility of building projects completely from the ground up and letting your creativity run free. In this role, you determine how you design your solutions within the established frameworks, which offers you the freedom to apply your own ideas and methods. Creativity, independence, and dealing with rapidly changing priorities are crucial in this.

• Optimizing and (re-)designing logistical processes;

• Analyzing existing processes and proposing improvements;

• Improving processes in close cooperation with the customer

• Working project-based with colleagues from other departments, but also from other locations.
