You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written. You have experience within air freight and are enthusiastic about further developing yourself in sales. FUNCTION

What you'll do

As Inside Sales Support, you maintain daily contact with our customers and prospects in the field of air freight. You approach them actively and conduct both warm and cold acquisition calls. Additionally, you provide commercial and administrative support to the sales team and the operational departments, with the aim of managing and strengthening customer relationships and exploiting new commercial opportunities. Your activities include, among other things, preparing and following up on quotes and price inquiries, and processing and following up on sales leads. You are the first point of contact for customers and ensure fast, professional handling of inquiries and the resolution of any bottlenecks.
