As a Sales Support Executive within the Strategic Accounts team, you are the link that ensures the operational matters of our partners run smoothly. You will have a firm grip on the operational and administrative side of the team.

From onboarding new partners and executing compliance processes such as KYC, to maintaining accurate data and handling daily requests from partners. • Supporting new partners with onboarding on our platform: think of KYC, FSOD, and other compliance requirements regarding partners.
• Managing promotions, commercial initiatives, and other partner data in our internal systems.
• Accurately and timely processing of refunds, corrections, and other requests. In doing so, you ensure that requests are completed on time and correctly.
• Supporting our Strategic Accounts team with administrative matters, whereby you proactively communicate with internal teams to further assist our partners.
• Identifying recurring administrative issues and proactively identifying opportunities to improve or simplify processes.

• Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) or the ambition to dive into this with full enthusiasm, including the collection and processing of KYC documentation.
• You are accurate: working precisely is central to everything you do.
• A structured approach and a sharp eye for detail, indispensable for administration and partner onboarding.
• An eager-to-learn attitude, flexibility for varying administrative tasks, and a continuous drive to improve processes.
• Fluent Dutch and a good command of English.
• Excellent communication skills; you easily establish contact with partners via telephone and email and build relationships effortlessly.
