Requirements
What we're looking for
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
- MBO Level 4
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Affinity with the transport market (carriers, shippers, industry organizations)
- Basic knowledge of aviation legislation, transport, and customs matters
- Good communication and social skills

The role
What you'll do
As a fresh and energetic Customer Service Air Freight professional, you will perform operational and administrative tasks related to the export of air freight shipments. Your duties include preparing transport documents, (customs) documents, and supervising transport from the supplier to the final recipient. Naturally, you will also have direct contact with our customers, international agents, and airlines.
