Warehouse Supervisor

ABOUT YOU
You have 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience within a warehouse or logistics environment and a completed MBO education. You are a strong communicator, know how to direct employees in a clear manner, and are able to recognize and solve bottlenecks. You possess knowledge of Dangerous Goods (IATA / ADR), customs documentation, WMS systems, and the applicable health and safety regulations and safety protocols. You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written. Additionally, you possess the necessary knowledge of forklift and reach truck operations and have an eye for quality, safety, and collaboration.

POSITION
As Warehouse Supervisor, you ensure that operational processes run efficiently and according to the applicable quality and safety standards. Your duties include, among other things, directing and guiding employees, monitoring progress, and checking the quality of the work. Additionally, you supervise compliance with procedures regarding air freight, Dangerous Goods, customs documentation, and

safety. You identify bottlenecks in a timely manner, adjust where necessary, and work actively on improving and maintaining quality standards within the warehouse.
