You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written. You have knowledge of ocean freight (such as knowledge of incoterms, FCL/LCL, co-loaders, and carriers). Additionally, you have insight into tariff structures and how they are established. We are looking for a customer-oriented colleague with a high degree of accuracy, administrative diligence, flexibility, collegiality, and stress resistance.

FUNCTION
As a Quotation Desk Executive, you maintain daily contact with our customers and prospects. You approach them actively and conduct both warm and cold (with sufficient experience) acquisition calls. You provide adequate commercial and administrative support to the operational departments and the Sales team for the management and retention of existing and potential customers. The activities consist of, among other things, preparing quotations and price inquiries, following up on sales leads, and you are the point of contact for the customer and ensure a rapid follow-up of inquiries.
