Sales Support Representative

As a Sales Support Representative, you are responsible for the operational handling of your customer portfolio, which primarily consists of field accounts in the Benelux. You work closely with your colleagues in sales support (for both field and key accounts).

You manage the entire order process, including invoicing and credits, and ensure excellent service and support to both the customer and the internal Sales team. Additionally, you support both sales and aftersales activities.

Multitasking is an important aspect of this position, involving daily contact with various internal (account managers and your colleagues within sales support) and external departments. Analytical insight plays an important role, and together with the account managers, you ensure that every order is processed as quickly and correctly as possible based on the data.

• Ensuring optimal service and support towards your customers and account managers;
• Taking care of the entire order process from intake to the delivery of items in the stores;
• Monitoring and analyzing the turnover and sales results of your customers;
• Proposing suggestions to improve the business;
• Being responsible for the accounts receivable management of your customers together with our Collection Representative;
• Intensive collaboration and contact with your Sales colleagues;
• Intensive collaboration with our Visual Merchandiser;
• Administrative follow-up of the logistical process in collaboration with our Warehouse in Tilburg;
• In contact with other departments to optimally support the business.

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of working and thinking and experience in a similar commercial position is a plus;
• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English languages, French is a plus;
• Commercial, eager to learn, communicative, and stress-resistant;
• Able to act and organize in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment and possesses a high sense of responsibility;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word), knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Ability to think and act process-oriented;
• Strong analytical ability;
• Independent and proactive;
• Available full-time.

This position is located in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
