Production Engineer

• Defining and maintaining production processes and activities for the various assemblies using lean production methodologies such as TQM, Kaizen, 6-Sigma, etc.
• Developing, documenting, and maintaining standard production procedures, including process flow diagrams and process control plans, throughout the entire duration of the program, as well as all necessary changes and improvements to them
• Work together with supervisors and assembly employees to determine the most efficient assembly methods and build sequence.
• Collaboration with the Configuration Management team to develop and maintain accurate production bills of materials that represent the build status of each individual product
• Collaboration with the Quality team to ensure that the relevant quality controls and procedures are built into the assembly procedure
• Providing technical support to the project managers and the project teams
• Maintaining and developing collaborations with all other international production teams within the group to share and acquire knowledge

• You have a completed HBO (Higher Professional Education) degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role (industrial or manufacturing engineer, production planner)
• Knowledge and experience with ERP production modules and PLM software, preferably SAP and Agile
• You are flexible, innovative, and possess analytical skills
• A good command of the Dutch and English languages (German is a plus)

• A market-conform gross monthly salary between € 3,700 and € 5,800, depending on your knowledge and work experience.
• Generous leave with 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days per year.
