Warehouse Supervisor Oosterhout

• Responsibility for the daily management and supervision of warehouse and logistics activities at the Oosterhout location
• Leading a team of approximately 10 employees and responsibility for efficient personnel planning
• Ensuring a smooth process regarding the receipt of incoming goods and order processing
• Continuously improving and optimizing warehouse and logistics processes, with an eye for efficiency and quality
• Responsibility for monitoring and achieving relevant performance KPIs
• Acting as a sparring partner for the Teamlead Warehouse Logistics and working closely together on the further development of the location
• Ensuring safety regulations and a safe working environment
• A hands-on approach where you are visibly present on the shop floor and roll up your sleeves yourself where necessary

• Mbo+/hbo work and thinking level, preferably in a logistics direction
• Experience in leading and coaching a team
• Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems
• A people-oriented approach and the ability to lead employees in an engaged and motivating manner
• A structured and process-oriented way of working, where you maintain an overview and are focused on continuous improvement
• A strong, energetic drive and a proactive, hands-on attitude
• Experience within a logistics environment for the benefit of production or assembly is a plus
