You are pursuing an MBO, HBO, or WO degree in the field of HRM.
You are available for at least four months starting from February 2027.
You work accurately, take initiative, and communicate clearly.

The role

Do you want to discover which part of HR suits you? At Koninklijke Remia, you will work on daily HR practices and receive the space to shape your internship. From onboarding and personnel administration to vitality and internal communication: together we will look at which activities align with your learning goals. You will receive an internship allowance of € 400 per month on a full-time basis.

What you'll do

During your internship, you will get to know HR within a manufacturing company. You will support colleagues, have contact with employees, and think along about improvements.

Your duties may consist of

Administrative registration of new employees.
Preparing introduction days.
Supporting and conducting end-of-probation interviews.
Approving hours and managing the HR mailbox.
Creating posters and other internal communications.
Supporting LinkedIn and HR administration.
Thinking along about onboarding, vitality, or sustainable employability.

About the company & team

You will become part of a dedicated HR team consisting of an HR Manager, two HR Advisors, an HR Officer, a Training Coordinator, and a Recruiter who is currently working on an interim basis. The atmosphere is open and supportive: you can ask questions, think along, and contribute yourself.

Remia has been a family business since 1925. In our production environment, you will see up close how HR contributes to the work of colleagues in the factory and in the office.
