HR Supply Chain Internship

Are you looking for a varied HR internship in which you receive a lot of responsibility and have the space to think along about diverse HR themes? Then this internship is for you! Starting from February 2027, you will work for approximately five months within the HR team of AS Watson Supply Chain at the Distribution Center in Heteren. You will support daily HR activities, contribute ideas for improvements, and participate in large projects.
No two days are the same. One day you might work on monthly updates or support administrative HR processes, while the next day you conduct research into vitality or organizational culture. Additionally, you will work together with colleagues from different departments and get the opportunity to truly put your ideas into practice.

What does your work week as an intern look like?

• Support various HR communications, such as drafting monthly updates and presenting during Team Leader meetings.
• Help with administrative HR processes, such as checking letters, making offers to candidates in the recruitment process, and maintaining attendance lists for training sessions.
• Support projects regarding leadership development, safety, emergency response (BHV), language training, and other learning and development initiatives.
• Conduct research into themes such as wellbeing, absenteeism trends, HR KPIs, team scorecards, organizational culture, and DE&I.
• Update documents, manuals, standard letters, team leader folders, and information on the HR Hub and SharePoint environments.
