Corporate Recruiter

As a Corporate Recruiter at Remia, you are responsible for attracting new talent for all our vacancies. From office and quality roles to operators in our factories; your work week is wonderfully diverse! You will work in a small and close-knit team with the HR Manager, 2 HR colleagues, and our training coordinator. Remia is a close-knit family business and a flat organization, which means our HR team directly shapes and implements the HR policy for Remia.

• Handling applications and conducting interviews (and administration in Recruitee)

• Active sourcing for our more challenging roles

• Guiding the further recruitment process, up to and including the offer

• Setting up recruitment marketing campaigns and social media activities

• Further developing Employer Branding and our werkenbij website

• Expanding and strengthening campus recruitment

• Collaboration with agencies

• Identifying and implementing improvements in Recruitment and Onboarding

• At least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter and HBO (higher professional education) level of work and thinking

• You are strong at persuading, both in your (telephone) conversations and the texts you create for socials and campaigns

• You are practically minded, feel at home in our dynamic factory environment, and switch easily between different types of people
