HR, Communication & KAM Intern

Do you want to get to know different business processes during your internship and discover how HR, communication, and safety come together within an organization? Then we have a versatile BOL internship/work placement for you. At Aveco de Bondt, you will work on various activities within HR, communication, and KAM (Quality, Health & Safety, and Environment). You will get the chance to gain experience in a professional organization where collaboration, development, and social impact are central.

During this internship, you will support various departments and gain a good insight into our organization.

• Assisting with drafting and publishing vacancies;

• Scheduling interviews;

• Managing and updating the ATS system;

• Supporting interviews;

• Thinking along about labor market communication and recruitment campaigns.

• Writing internal news reports and intranet content;

• Supporting social media posts about vacancies, projects, and safety;

• Creating simple visual content in Canva;

• Helping with the organization of events, such as open days and theme days.

• Supporting toolbox meetings and safety communication;

• Registering and analyzing reports and incidents;

• Updating procedures, work instructions, and documents;

• Shadowing during workplace inspections;

• Supporting audits and certification processes.

In addition to your daily activities, you will work on an organization-wide project. For example, a campaign around: "Working at Aveco de Bondt: safe, professional, and with pleasure." In this, you will connect HR, communication, and safety and learn how different disciplines work together toward one goal.

You are following an mbo-level 3 or 4 education, for example:

• Human resource management (HRM);

• Office & Management support specialist;

• Marketing & communication;

• Business administration/ business services;

• Legal-administrative assistant;

• Allround assistant business services;

• Administrative assistant.

Additionally:

• You work accurately and structured;

• You are communicatively skilled;

• You enjoy collaborating with different departments;

• You dare to take initiative;

• You have an interest in people, communication, and organizational processes.

To make your internship successful, you will receive:

• One fixed internship supervisor as a central point of contact;

• Guidance from HR, communication, and KAM;

• A clear weekly schedule;

• Clear learning objectives and regular progress meetings.
