Technical Operator Margarine

• A salary of 3,430 - 3,980 euros gross per month (this includes a 19.5% shift allowance)

As a Technical Operator at Remia, you ensure that our margarines, bakery fats, and frying fats are packaged in our Margarine factory. The Technical Operator bears ultimate responsibility for a packaging line, and this sounds simpler than it is. At Remia, a packaging line can be up to 70 meters long, and together with a small team, you are responsible for 1 line.

As a Technical Operator, you deliver the best quality both for the Remia product and in a smooth process flow and cooperation with your team. You take responsibility for your packaging line and supervise your direct colleague Operators and Machine Operators. Additionally, you can solve 1st-line malfunctions yourself, and identify more complex technical malfunctions and report them to our mechanics. Another major part of your work is the changeover of packaging lines. This is so they are ready for a different packaging format. A changeover can take a few hours to almost an entire day.
