The role

Production Team Leader | Den Dolder | 3 shifts | €4,200 to €4,600

What you'll do

Lead your own shift and work together to ensure a safe production process and constant quality.

Our current team leader will be retiring soon. After years of being at the helm with dedication, expertise, and a healthy dose of lubrication, it is time for a well-deserved retirement. Therefore, we are looking for a new team leader who wants to take over the baton.

As Margarine Factory Team Leader, you will daily lead a shift of 15 to 17 operators. This team consists of young and experienced employees: colleagues with extensive professional knowledge and colleagues who are at the beginning of their careers and have less experience. You ensure that everyone can develop and work together optimally. You ensure that production proceeds according to plan and that your team works safely and according to the applicable quality and hygiene requirements. Additionally, you are the group leader for Emergency Response (BHV) within your shift. For this responsibility, you will receive an appropriate allowance.

You lead, coach, and develop your team of operators.
You distribute the work and monitor the progress of production.
You stimulate knowledge sharing between experienced and less experienced employees.
You manage based on safety, quality, and results.
You are the BHV group leader and coordinate emergency response within your shift.
You intervene in case of deviations and solve problems together with your colleagues.
You ensure good cooperation and clear handovers between the shifts.
You take over the leadership baton from our departing team leader and give it your own twist.

What do we offer?

A salary of € 4,200 to € 4,600 gross per month, including a 19.5% shift allowance.
An additional allowance for your responsibility as the BHV group leader.
A full-time position of 40 hours per week in three shifts.
An annual contract with the intention to continue the collaboration thereafter.
A thirteenth month and a profit-sharing scheme.
A travel allowance of € 0.25 per kilometer.
A training budget of € 1,500.
