Technical Operator Food

• A position with plenty of room for development incl. a training budget of € 1,500;

• A salary of 3,260 - 3,750 gross per month (this includes a 19.5% shift allowance);

• In addition, you will receive a 13th month

• Travel allowance for distances between 10km and 40km one way

• You will receive a one-year contract from Remia immediately.

As a Technical Operator at Remia, you ensure that our margarines, bakery fats, and frying fats are packaged in our Margarine Factory, or our salad dressings, fry sauces, and BBQ sauces in our Sauce Factory. The Technical Operator bears ultimate responsibility for a packaging line, and this sounds simpler than it is. At Remia, a packaging line can be up to 70 meters long, and together with a small team, you are responsible for 1 line.

As a Technical Operator, you deliver the best quality both for the Remia product and in a smooth process flow and collaboration with your team. You take responsibility for your packaging line and supervise your direct fellow Operators and Machine Operators. Additionally, you can solve 1st-line malfunctions yourself, and identify more complex technical malfunctions and report them to our mechanics. Another major part of your work is the changeover of packaging lines. This is so they are ready for a different packaging format. A changeover can take a few hours to almost an entire day.
