At Refresco, we work daily on the production of beverages for well-known retailers and A-brands. To realize our ambitions, we are looking for talented colleagues for our production locations and our head office. As a Recruiter, you play an important role in this: you ensure that the right people end up in the right place.

As a Recruiter, you are responsible for the full recruitment and selection process for our Maarheeze production location and the Refresco Benelux head office located in Maarheeze. You advise hiring managers, guide candidates, and ensure a professional and positive candidate experience. Additionally, you work actively on our visibility as an employer and the further professionalization of recruitment.

Your responsibilities include

• You conduct intake interviews with hiring managers and advise on the right recruitment strategy.
• You write attractive vacancy texts and manage the sourcing and selection of candidates.
• You coordinate the full recruitment process, from the first introduction through to the contract proposal.
• You organize recruitment campaigns and contribute to our employer branding.
• You maintain contacts with internal stakeholders, recruitment agencies, schools, and local training institutions.
• You work together with the HR teams at our locations and contribute to the standardization and improvement of recruitment processes.
• You monitor the progress of vacancies and provide reports on recruitment results and budgets.

You are a result-oriented recruiter who switches easily between different stakeholders and vacancies. You maintain an overview, set priorities, and know how to find the right candidates even under time pressure. With your communication skills and proactive attitude, you build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
