QA Advisor in the Netherlands

• a salary between €3400,- & €4858,- gross per month based on 40 hours (this is dependent on experience and educational background);
• a holiday allowance (8%);
• a fixed year-end bonus (3%);
• a bonus based on financial results (8%);

As a QA Advisor, you are responsible for contributing to, implementing, and executing the QA policy in accordance with the set KPIs. Your main tasks include, among others, guiding our existing and new customers, implementing (customer) requirements in our production processes and procedures, but also co-developing a Q mindset on the shop floor. Furthermore, you maintain the end-product recipes and our quality system and ensure that we comply with ISO, IFS, RFA, V-Label, and customer standards. Internally, you work in a multidisciplinary manner with various departments including production, logistics, and Quality Control. Furthermore, you are also responsible for guiding internal and external audits and promoting QA awareness through advice and coaching. The team you will join consists of a SHE Advisor and the employees of Quality Control. You report directly to the QESH Manager at the location in Hoensbroek.
