Senior Tech Recruiter

• A gross salary between €4,500 - €5,800 per month (based on 40 hours).
• An annual bonus of max 5% of your annual salary based on organizational objectives.
• 30 vacation days (with the possibility to buy or sell vacation days) and 8% holiday allowance. You build up a pension through participation in the Bedrijfstakpensioenfonds voor het Levensmiddelenbedrijf (Industry Pension Fund for the Food Industry).
• An allowance for your travel expenses (€ 0.21 cents per kilometer with a max. of 35 kilometers one way). We like to work together in the office, but you can also work partly from home.

As a Tech Recruiter, you help build the future of Tech at Jumbo by attracting the best Tech professionals. You manage the full recruitment process and contribute to an optimal candidate experience. You look beyond today's recruitment: you build strong tech teams sustainably by setting up strategic talent pools, maintaining long-term relationships, and you help build an attractive positioning within the tech labor market.

In this role, you are the specialist in recruiting tech talent for Jumbo. You start by sharpening job vacancies together with hiring managers and determining the right recruitment strategy. You manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from writing attractive job descriptions to conducting selection interviews. You proactively search for talent through sourcing and know how to make highly sought-after tech specialists enthusiastic about a career at Jumbo in a tight labor market. Additionally, you work on employer branding and use data to support recruitment decisions. You are a strategic partner for hiring managers and HRBPs and ensure a personal candidate experience that fits Jumbo. Your work contributes directly to building strong Tech teams that improve Jumbo's operations and customer experience.

• From intake to signature, you guide candidates and hiring managers through the entire recruitment process.
• In a competitive labor market, you actively search for scarce tech professionals and know how to make them enthusiastic about Jumbo.

You work within HR Strategy & Organization, part of HR & Corporate Affairs. You are part of the HR Project & Recruitment team. You work closely with hiring managers from Tech teams, and recruitment and HR colleagues.

• You have HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level and speak fluent English and preferably Dutch.
• Recruitment holds few secrets for you and experience with tech profiles is a plus.
• The world of IT and technology appeals to you and you understand what is happening.
