Indirect Spend Manager/Buyer

Do you have a sharp eye for cost optimization and do you know how to strategically manage indirect spend within a complex production environment? As Indirect Spend Manager, you are responsible for drafting and executing the policy regarding all indirect procurement within Refresco Benelux. With your vision, stakeholder management, and financial insights, you ensure that we maintain control over our spending and exploit opportunities.

As Indirect Spend Manager, you are responsible for the implementation of the Indirect Spend process and you provide direction to the strategic development and transformation of our indirect procurement department, working closely with our central Indirect Spend Managers, the Indirect Spend Specialist, the Sr. Purchase Manager Benelux, and various disciplines within our six Dutch and Belgian locations. Your tasks consist of:

Implementing the Purchase to Pay Operating Model to realize the strategic vision of the Indirect Spend organization in accordance with SOX rules, in alignment with the Sr Purchase Mgr and Group Purchase. Drafting and implementing the Indirect Spend cost savings plan, in collaboration with all disciplines (local and central). Implementing the Indirect Spend process where we distinguish between Purchase requisition, approval, Purchase Order, Goods receipt, and payment. Implementing Change Mgmt "new way of working" across all disciplines. Monitoring market developments and translating them into strategic procurement opportunities. Acting as the point of contact for Group Purchase regarding indirect spend. Evaluating collaboration and synergies within Refresco and with external suppliers. Optimizing Indirect Spend policy and monitoring quality. Leading contract negotiations and supplier management. You lead and work closely with the Indirect Spend Specialist.
