As Senior HR Business Partner for our central organization in Maarheeze, you are an important sparring partner for management. You are responsible for the full HR support of the Benelux headquarters and combine an advisory role with the daily management of HR Services. You look ahead, identify opportunities, and translate organizational objectives into concrete HR solutions.

In this versatile position, you are responsible for various HR themes: from inflow, throughput, and outflow to organizational development, talent management, and HR compliance. You switch easily between strategic advice and operational issues.

Your duties include

• Strategic HR advice: you advise, guide, and coach managers in their leadership role, personnel issues, and organizational changes. You are a strong sparring partner for management.
• Organizational development: you support the shaping of departments and organizational structures that align with current and future business objectives.
• HR Services: you lead the HR Officer and HR Services Officer and are responsible for the quality and continuity of HR services and administration.
• HR processes and compliance: you monitor the correct execution of inflow, throughput, and outflow, ensure reliable HR data, and translate laws, regulations, and internal policies into clear HR procedures.
• Talent and leadership development: you coordinate talent management, succession planning, and performance calibration, and contribute to leadership programs and development interventions.
• HR budget and reporting: you prepare the annual HR budget and the forecast, monitor KPIs and FTE developments, and analyze and explain deviations.
• Internal communication: you work together with the communications advisor on clear HR communication and ensure that important HR developments and guidelines are visible within the central organization.

In doing so, you combine a people-oriented approach with a sharp eye for results and processes.
