What do we offer you?

• An attractive salary between €2853.00 and €3435.42 gross per month with an average work week of 33.6 hours in 5-shift service. On top of this, you will receive a shift allowance of 28%;
• An 8% holiday allowance, a fixed year-end bonus of 2%, and a travel allowance of 23 cents per km;
• 25 vacation days + 1 bridge day;
• Annual salary increase based on performance;
• Growth opportunities towards Assistant Team Leader, Production Team Leader, Technical Operator, Fitter, or Syrup Maker. This is certainly not your final destination;
• Prospect of a permanent contract.

Operator Maarheeze
As an Operator, you have already gained a significant amount of knowledge and experience within production. You keep an eye on the production line and resolve malfunctions when necessary. Additionally, in this role, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and converting production equipment from one of our 'state of the art' production lines. Ultimately, you report directly to the Production Team Leader, who is supported by the Assistant Team Leader.

Furthermore, in your role as an operator B, you are responsible for:

• Resolving first-line malfunctions;
• Cleaning the machines, equipment, and pipes;
• Supplying and/or removing tools and packaging materials;
• Performing quality controls;
• Completing and correct registrations in the systems;

A fun fact:
At Refresco, we have made the digital step. Because of this, all work instructions and tasks are available via the EZ-GO app, and you monitor quality parameters and requirements via the QM app.
