Compliance Officer

• A salary between €7,114 and €9,485 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience, based on 40 hours per week. Supplemented with excellent secondary employment conditions, including 28 vacation days, study leave days, and two fixed leave days.

You will start as a Compliance Officer in an independent role in which you translate compliance issues into daily practice within Nysingh. You advise colleagues and the board, monitor integrity and compliance, and contribute visibly to a careful and future-proof office.

• You work for colleagues, the board, and various disciplines within Nysingh.

• You translate the content of laws and regulations, including the Wwft, Sanctions Act, legal and notarial rules, and related frameworks, into clear and workable internal guidelines and guide the annual audit.

• You supervise compliance with laws and regulations and identify integrity and compliance risks.

• You act as a sparring partner, share knowledge, and support colleagues with compliance-related issues.

• You report findings and developments to the board and contribute to the further professionalization of compliance within the organization.

You are careful, independent, and feel responsibility for your role and advice. You know how to make complex issues understandable and contribute to a culture in which integrity and awareness are central.

• You possess WO (university) level of work and thinking.

• You are communicatively strong and know how to discuss complex or sensitive topics clearly and accessibly.

• You are independent in your judgment and dare to be steadfast when necessary.
