What we're looking for

You possess an mbo+/hbo professional and thinking level.
You have leadership experience and know how to motivate, develop, and hold employees accountable for collective results.
You have broad knowledge of ICT systems, applications, infrastructure, and Microsoft 365.
You have an affinity for ICT support and are willing to think along and provide support where necessary for more complex user queries.
You are communicatively strong and analytical. You connect different interests and translate developments into concrete choices and improvements.

The role

You are an experienced ICT professional who enjoys providing direction while remaining involved in daily practice. As Legal Tech Team Leader, you lead the team and work on a secure, innovative, and user-friendly digital working environment. You translate developments and needs into appropriate ICT policy, implement these, and are visible and approachable to the entire organization. In doing so, you find it natural to personally contribute to (more complex) support issues, security, and automation through AI when necessary.

What you'll do

You lead the employees of Legal Tech, stimulate their development, and ensure a clear distribution and good execution of the work.
You shape the ICT policy, put it into practice, and respond to relevant developments within Legal Tech.
You ensure a secure, stable, and future-proof ICT environment and provide direction to functional application management, security, automation, AI, and proactive knowledge sharing.
You have an affinity for helpdesk activities and, where necessary, personally handle more complex technical and functional user queries.
You analyze and improve work processes based on technology, user feedback, and information security.
