As Pharma Compliance Manager (m/w/d), you will take on a central role in ensuring the regulatory compliance of our pharmacy-related processes and services. You are the interface between legal requirements and operational processes and ensure that regulatory specifications are implemented efficiently and practically.

• You are the central point of contact for all pharmacy-related compliance issues.
• You manage and support the implementation of projects with a regulatory focus and ensure their successful implementation.
• You build the bridge between legal and regulatory requirements on one side and our operational processes on the other. In doing so, you translate regulatory specifications into practical and implementable solutions.
• You ensure that our processes and services comply with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements at all times.
• You identify regulatory risks, develop suitable measures, and support their implementation.
• You work closely with various specialist departments as well as external stakeholders to anchor compliance sustainably in our processes.
• You monitor relevant developments in legislation and assess their impact on our company.
• You support project teams as a sparring partner in the optimization of projects and ensure that the developed solutions are both practically implementable and regulatorily compliant.

*A Dutch employment contract applies to this position. The indicated salary range is based on Dutch compensation structures and is part of an attractive total package including additional benefits. Since tax and social security systems differ between countries, salaries are only limitedly comparable.
