Requirements
What we're looking for
You are a third- or fourth-year HBO student and are following a degree in the direction of ICT.
You have excellent knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages.
Nice to have

Pay & benefits
What you'll get
You start with a salary of €2,762 gross per month, based on 40 hours per week. Supplemented with excellent secondary employment conditions, including 28 vacation days and two fixed leave days.
The role
You will start as a Legal Tech working student and support over 180 employees with their daily ICT questions. Together with your colleagues, you will provide reliable support and receive the space to apply your ICT knowledge directly in practice.
What you'll do
You support over 180 employees with their daily ICT questions.
You provide workstation support via telephone and email, register reports, and ensure timely follow-up.
You keep manuals and procedures up to date.
You work together with the support engineers and functional application administrators and coordinate questions and solutions with them.
You participate in internal ICT projects and thus contribute to the further development of our ICT services.
