What we're looking for

You have at least nine years of work experience in the field of compliance and integrity and are familiar with topics such as ABC, TPRM, ESG, Anti-trust, Anti-competition, DORA, DSA, DMA, MIFID II, etc.
You have strong project, team, and stakeholder management skills and are able to manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously.
You have built and maintained a network within your area of expertise and are driven to further expand strong client relationships.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Dutch and English at C1 level, as this is necessary to properly support our various clients.
You have a master's degree (for example, Criminology, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or Economics), supplemented with a healthy dose of ambition.
You have an affinity with (generative) AI and are motivated to actively apply this technology in your daily work.

What you'll get

Gross monthly salary from €6,120, depending on your work experience, variable performance bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed work-from-home allowance per working day.

The role

As Senior Manager Compliance & Integrity, you have a wide range of responsibilities. You are the link between the engagement team and the client. Building and maintaining good client relationships is an essential aspect of your role. You help clients with setting up the compliance function, developing and implementing compliance policies and associated procedures, conducting workshops, and developing awareness programs. You advise clients on how to deal with changing laws and regulations, remedy deficiencies in their compliance, and evaluate improvement actions. Integrity & Compliance helps clients to do what is right and good.

What you'll do

Advising clients on both the “hard” side (rules and procedures) and the “soft” side (culture and behavior).
Working in diverse sectors, from government institutions to tech companies and the energy sector.
Collaborating with a diverse team of experts on challenging (international) projects and switching between multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
Identifying new opportunities and collaborating with subject matter specialists within KPMG.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Actively contributing to your own development, that of the team, and staying up to date with the latest developments in the field of regulation and relevant technological developments.

As Senior Manager Compliance & Integrity, you are part of the KPMG Integrity & Compliance team. KPMG Integrity & Compliance helps clients to do what is right and good. The team was founded 25 years ago and consists of 28 enthusiastic professionals with backgrounds in, among others, business administration, criminology, psychology, economics, and law. This broad expertise is one of the elements that sets us apart and reflects our vision that Integrity & Compliance has multiple facets.

We are a diverse team at the heart of KPMG Forensic. Our colleagues work together with organizations and institutions to assess, design, and improve risk and compliance programs to reduce vulnerability to fraud, corruption, misconduct, and numerous third-party risks. We also assist in setting up and improving proactive analyses to prevent and detect such risks, with the aim of complying with laws and regulations. Our corporate intelligence team also offers a range of information gathering and intelligence analysis services to help clients make better-informed decisions regarding third-party risks.
