The role

You are a Finance professional with a sharp analytical eye who will help further strengthen the financial management within our office. As Finance & Control Team Leader, you will lead the team and provide oversight, identify opportunities, and translate figures into insights that allow the organization to move forward. In doing so, you look not only at today's financial results, but also at the developments of tomorrow. Think of process optimization, data-driven working, and the possibilities that AI offers to steer more intelligently and make better decisions.

What you'll do

You lead the employees of Finance & Control, stimulate their development, and ensure a clear distribution and good execution of the activities.
You work closely with your colleagues from the Finance & Control department, the office director, and other stakeholders regarding financial performance, developments, and advice.
You prepare financial reports, analyses, budgets, and forecasts and translate these into actions.
You monitor the planning and control cycle and ensure reliable financial information that contributes to the predictability of the organization.
You identify risks, opportunities for improvement, and trends and translate these into concrete advice and improvement initiatives.
You actively contribute to the further development of Finance & Control, including by designing processes, systems, and working methods more intelligently and in a future-proof manner.

A salary between € 4,820 and € 6,428 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience, based on 40 hours per week. Additional secondary employment conditions, including 28 vacation days, study leave days, and two fixed leave days.
