Trainee Lawyer Land Law & Area Development

• You will start with a salary of € 4,014 gross per month, based on 40 hours per week. This is supplemented by excellent secondary employment conditions, including 28 vacation days, study leave days, and two fixed leave days.

You will start as a trainee lawyer in Land Law & Area Development within a practice where you work for governments and social organizations. From day one, you will receive responsibility in projects that visibly contribute to the layout of the Netherlands.

• You work for governments and social parties that realize housing, infrastructure, flood protection, and area development projects.

• You advise on legally complex issues and think along about the best strategy for diverse projects.

• You draft contracts, review agreements, and litigate where necessary.

• You work closely with colleagues within the team and with specialists from other legal fields to provide clients with integral advice.

• You actively contribute to the development of the practice and share knowledge with colleagues and clients.
