What we're looking for

You possess a higher professional education (HBO) degree and have an affinity with the legal field, or you have relevant work experience in the areas of AML, sanctions, and/or KYC/CDD.
You are fluent in the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
You work accurately and have a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
You are analytically strong, can clearly distinguish between main and secondary issues, and remain flexible without losing sight of the intended goal.
You take responsibility for your own development and enjoy contributing to the success of the team.

The role

You will start in the compliance field and act as the connecting link between laws and regulations and daily practice. You translate complex subject matter into clear, workable solutions for your colleagues and are given all the space to further develop yourself into a specialist in your field.

What you'll do

You fulfill an important role in safeguarding compliance and integrity within Nysingh. No two days are the same: your activities are broad and offer you all the space to grow into an expert in the areas that interest you most.

You are the first point of contact for partners and employees with compliance issues and help them effortlessly find their way through relevant laws and regulations.
You actively contribute to the development, implementation, and safeguarding of compliance policy, disciplinary matters and procedures, and you are committed to uniforming, digitizing, and future-proofing processes.
You handle privacy issues, including data breach notifications and the rights of data subjects, and contribute to the development of privacy policy.
You help identify, analyze, and monitor risks and create awareness regarding compliance and controlled and ethical business operations.

You are accurate, analytical, and eager to learn. You connect easily with others, keep the goal in mind, and dare to be critical when necessary.

A salary between € 3,492 and € 4,657 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience, based on 40 hours per week. Supplemented with excellent secondary employment conditions, including 28 vacation days, study leave days, and two fixed leave days.
