Senior Consultant Forensic Compliance & Investigations

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in compliance, forensic investigation and/or risk management, preferably in a consultancy role.
• Excellent communication skills, being strong both orally and in writing in the Dutch and English languages. Additionally, you are able to explain complex subject matter clearly.
• You are analytically strong, can apply stylistic flexibility, and are a team player with a critical, professional attitude.

Your new job | About your key responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant within the Compliance & Investigations team of Forensic & Integrity Services, you play a crucial role in projects focusing on regulation, risk management, and investigation. You work together with a multidisciplinary team to solve complex issues and support organizations in preventing, detecting, and investigating integrity risks. In this role, you coordinate forensic assignments, ensuring efficient execution and monitoring quality and deadlines.

Additionally, you prepare clear reports and present findings to clients, while also building and maintaining client relationships. You play an active role in the development of junior team members by coaching them. This position offers the opportunity to make an impact by helping clients prevent reputational damage and promote integrity in a dynamic environment where quality and ethics are central.

Forensic & Integrity Services is a fast-growing department within our organization. Our Forensic & Integrity Services professionals focus on advisory services regarding compliance and integrity issues, as well as investigations into integrity breaches. For example, our professionals help organizations with investigations into procurement fraud, analysis in business disputes, investigations following bankruptcy, or the preparation of legal proceedings. Additionally, our team supports EY's Audit teams with work related to fraud, corruption, money laundering, and regulatory compliance.

Our office in Amsterdam is located at the Zuidas: a vibrant location where many companies are established. In our Cross Towers, no fewer than 1500 people are welcomed every day upon arrival.
